2026-27 School Supplies
As we get ready to welcome students back for another school year, we have some great news to share!
Once again, thanks to the incredible generosity of First United Methodist Church of Emporia and many community partners, school supplies will be provided for every Pre-K through 12th-grade student for the 2026–27 school year.
The only items your student will need to bring are a backpack and a box of Kleenex. Everything else will be delivered directly to your child's school before the first day of classes on Wednesday, August 19.
This is one of the many ways our community comes together to support our students and families, and we are so thankful for everyone who makes it possible. Their generosity helps ensure every student starts the school year with the supplies they need to be successful.
We cannot wait to welcome our students back on August 19. Until then, enjoy the rest of your summer, and thank you for being an important part of the Emporia Public Schools family!
