There will be absolutely no more charges in the lunchroom. There will be no meal passes given out!

 

Attention Seniors: The graduation list is posted in the front office window.  Please check for spelling and address.  If it is not correct see Mrs. Knight in the counseling office immediately.

 

Attention Seniors: Please see Mrs. Knight in the counseling department if you need a final transcript sent.

 

The members of the senior honor group need to pick up their honor cord from Mrs. Price in the office.

 

Challenge for this week: Challenge yourself not to judge others, get to know each other and respect them for who they are.

 

Attention all German club Students: If you are interested in running for a position as a club officer, you need to turn your petition with 10 fellow students and two faculty signatures into Felicity Schultz or Ms. Willms before Friday May 15th. We will be holding elections that morning at 7:30. You cannot be elected to an office if you are not at this meeting. Please stop by Ms. Willms’ room if you have any questions.

 

Attention Seniors: Sophomore board will be selling flowers during lunch today.  The flowers are for graduation, so be sure to sign up soon!

 

Summer school enrollment forms are now available in the office for American Government, Consumer Education, Driver’s Education, ELL Classes, and Credit Recovery classes.  They are due back to the office by May 16.

 

Are you interested in getting involved at EHS? Do you have a lot of school spirit? Applications are now being taken for next year’s Spartan Club.  Please stop by the counter by Mrs. Price’s desk to pick up an application.  They are due to Ms. Schwinn in room 200 today.

 

Juniors, if you are planning on attending the Flint Hills Technical College next year as a senior, please see your Counselor this week to make sure you have everything done to be eligible to attend next year.

 

Praise a Teacher during Teacher Appreciation Week and win a $25 Gas Card.  Visit the library for details.

 

Attention Seniors:  Tickets for the After Grad Party will be sold beginning this Friday through Wednesday, May 14th, before school and during lunch in front of the office.  Tickets are $1.00.  The party will be held the night of Graduation beginning at 9:00 pm at the Anderson Building on the Fairgrounds.  Come celebrate at the “Casino Royale”!

 

Any junior interested in applying to attend college at the U.S. Military Academy, the Naval Academy or the Air Force Academy should see Mr. Nienstedt in the Guidance Department.

 

Educational Talent Search is having an end of the year gathering during Seminar, Tuesday, May 13th in Little Theater B.  All 9th grade through 11th grade participants are invited to attend.

 

If you would like to be part of Junior board next year pick up an application at Mrs. Price’s desk.  Applications must be turned in by May 22nd.

 

Girls basketball players who need an application for summer league can pick one up from Coach Nienstedt.

 

FEA members – meet at 1:00 Saturday at the Las Casitas Park band shell for cultural entertainment.
