I am the English Language Acquisition and Migrant aide at Timmerman. I have worked as an ELA aide for fifteen years. I work with students of all ages. I also help prepare materials that are needed for the ELA teachers.
My favorite thing about my job is working with students. It is so rewarding to see our students progressing in the English language.
I lived in Venezuela for nine years. While I was there, I learned to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. My children also learned Spanish as a second language. I have four children. They are Daniel, Peter, Natalie, and Jonathon Roman. I also have a beautiful little granddaughter named Brooke. My husband, Don, is a Radio Shop Manager and Pilot for Dodson Aviation. We enjoy spending time with our family at Table Rock lake. My favorite pastime is working in my flower garden.
