In 1992 the Kansas Legislature required every public school district which operates with more than one school to establish school site councils. Each council advises and counsels their local school in evaluating state, school district, and school site performance goals and objectives. The Riverside Site Council meets quarterly to support the mission of Riverside in the school improvement process. Meetings are open to the public.
