Strategic Objectives

1. 100% of our students will improve their individual state assessment scores in reading and math each year.
2. 100% of our students will graduate from high school.

3. 100% of our students will read on grade level by the end of 3^rd grade.

Strategies

1. We will utilize effective curriculum and instructional methods to engage students and encourage them to perform at their highest academic potential.
2. We will seek to overcome the problems associated with the socioeconomic divisions among our student populations.
3. We will restructure how we use time in the Emporia schools.
4. We will build meaningful relationships with parents/guardians in the educational process.
5. We will increase community involvement within the educational process.
