This website is designed for browsing what the EHS library has to offer! The links at the left allow you look at a large sample of some of the newest books that we have in our Fiction section (the section that contains the stories that are make-believe), and many that may be of additional interest in Biography and Non-Fiction as well.

Classical literature:

Contains a list of works of permanent and universal interest, with themes such as love, hate, life, death, and faith, reaching readers over generations, because they appeal to people of all backgrounds and levels of experience.

Contiene una lista de obras de interés permanente y universal, con temas de amor, odio, vida, muerte y fe, alcanzando lectores de todas edades, porque llaman la atención de la gente de todos estilos de vida y niveles de experiencia.

Top Readers:

Contains a list of books that have been continuously popular at EHS over the last several years, including Harry Potter, Anime/Manga graphic novels, Eragon, and others.

Los más leídos:

Contiene una lista de obras que han sido continuamente populares en Emporia High School en los últimos años, incluyendo Harry Potter, novelas gráficas de Anime/Manga, Eragón entre otras.

Genres:

Contains all the genres sorted into categories, including: Adventure, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Romance, College Bound, Español, Mystery, Historical, Horror, Multicultural, Animal Fiction, Notable Women Authors, Sports, Westerns, Royalty, and Overcoming Obstacles. Each genre will open to its own page, and is color-coded with the appropriate color and symbol to match the labeling system.

Géneros:

Contiene los géneros ordenados en categorías, incluyendo: Aventura, Fantasía, Ciencia Ficción, Romance, Universitario, Español, Misterio, Histórico, Horror, Multicultural, Ficción Animal, Autoras de Renombre, Deportes, Del Oeste, Realeza y Obstáculos Superados.  Cada género va a abrir su propia página, y concuerda con el color y símbolo asignado del sistema de clasificación.
