Participation in any Powerlifting or Weightlifting Meet-2pts
Placing in any meet (total weight lifted in your weight class): 1st Place-8pts, 2nd Place-6 3rd-4
*If an athlete places in meet he or she will not recieve the two participation points.

Bench Press Board-9pts
Squat Board-8pts
Cleaning Crew (250)-6pts
Vertical Jump Board-5pts
Cleaning Board (225-5times)-4pts
Power Rating Board-4pts plus 3 pts for every .5 over 4.5

State Powerlifting Meet
Placing in the state meet (total weight lifted in your weight class): 1st place-15pts, 2nd place-12pts, 3rd place-9pts
