Unit 1 - 3D Surface Area and Volume Activity

This activity features the use of the Polyhedron Sets.

The students are using the polyhedron shapes to build two prisms:  1 small and 1 large.
The students measure each side of the prisms and then perform some calculations to find the surface area and volume.  They will compare these calculations to predicted and known values.
